The triple façade: the existing one that has been maintained, the ventilated cladding that has been created to insulate from the outside and eliminate thermal bridges, the cladding of the installations and the sheet metal outer enclosing wall with an upright structure to shade from the sun, but with high visual permeability as well such as cross ventilation using the Venturi effect and thermal gradient. All of these make the façade a valuable energy saving element. Each façade is treated according to its orientation or whether it belongs to the interior or exterior courtyard. The density of the sheet metal differs depending on its orientation.
