Escipión park, located in Los Barreros in Cartagena, will become a flood zone park and there will be a water garden in the settting of San Francisco Javier school. This was announced on Tuesday by the councillor for Infrastructure, Services, Decentralisation and Citizen Participation, Diego Ortega, and the managing director of Territory and Architecture, Jaime Pérez Zulueta. In this way, Cartagena will become one of the first municipalities to benefit from regional grants for implementing Nature-based Solutions, as reported by municipal sources in a statement.
